Medical weight loss in Kenya, led by a doctor.
A doctor-supervised programme for adults who are ready for a result that lasts. Free phone consultation, a plan built around your health and regular reviews. Serving Nairobi, Mombasa and Kilifi, with delivery across Kenya.
Is medical weight loss right for you?
A medical programme may suit you if:
- Your BMI is 30 or more, or
- Your BMI is 27 or more and you have a weight-related condition such as high blood pressure, prediabetes or type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, sleep apnoea, PCOS or joint pain
- You have made real efforts with diet and exercise without a lasting result
Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN2. Past pancreatitis, gallbladder disease or an eating disorder need careful discussion first.

No waiting room. Everything happens by phone, and what you need is delivered to you.
Free phone consultation
Tell the doctor what you want to change and what you have tried. You get a straight answer on whether a medical programme is right for you.
Medical assessment
Your history, current medication, weight, waist and blood pressure, plus blood tests where they are needed.
Your plan
Built around you. Medication is used only where it is appropriate, alongside nutrition and strength guidance to protect muscle.
Gradual steps and check-ins
Changes are made slowly and reviewed at each step, so side effects stay manageable and progress is tracked.
Keeping it off
Maintenance or a planned step-down is agreed with you, so the result lasts after the active phase.
What results are realistic?
In large clinical trials of modern weight-loss medicines, people lost on average around 15% to 20% of their body weight over roughly a year and a half, alongside diet and activity changes. For someone weighing 100 kg, that is 15 to 20 kg.
Results differ from person to person, and no outcome is guaranteed. What we can promise is a doctor watching your progress, adjusting the plan and being honest about what is working.
Muscle is part of the result.
Losing weight fast without enough protein and strength work costs muscle, and muscle is what keeps your metabolism up and the weight off. Nutrition and training guidance come with every plan.
Weight tends to return if treatment simply stops, so the maintenance phase is planned from the start.

Common questions
Do I need to visit a clinic in person?
No. Dr Peptide Ke is an online clinic. Consultations and follow-ups happen by phone or video, and everything you need is delivered to you. If you need blood tests, we will arrange them at a lab near you.
How much weight can I expect to lose?
It depends on your starting point, your health and how closely you follow the plan. In large trials of modern weight-loss medicines, average losses were roughly 15% to 20% of body weight over about a year and a half. Some people lose more and some less.
Are weight-loss injections safe?
For suitable people, under medical supervision, the evidence is strong. They do have side effects and are not right for everyone, which is why every plan starts with a consultation. See our guide to side effects and safety.
What happens when I stop?
Weight tends to return if treatment stops without a plan. We plan the exit or maintenance phase from the start. See our article on stopping weight-loss injections.
How much does the programme cost?
Cost depends on the plan the doctor recommends for you. The first phone consultation is free, and you will know the full cost before you commit to anything.
Do you only treat people in Nairobi, Mombasa and Kilifi?
No. Consultations are by phone, and we deliver across Kenya. For other countries, ask first: import rules differ and we only send where it is allowed.
Start with a conversation.
The first consultation is free and happens over the phone. Tell the doctor what you want to change. You will get a straight answer on whether we can help.
